A Clear Process from
Brief to Installation.
Every commission follows the same disciplined art fabrication process, refined over years of monumental work. From the first conversation to the final unveiling, six clearly defined steps carry your vision from an idea on paper to a finished piece anchored in its permanent home. Nothing is improvised, and nothing is outsourced — each stage happens under one roof in our Casablanca studio.
Inside Our Six-Step Art Fabrication Process
Below, each step of the journey is broken down so you know exactly what happens, when, and who is accountable. Transparency at every stage is what lets us promise both artistic ambition and engineering reliability on the same piece.
STEP 01
Brief
Every project begins with an intensive consultation. We analyze the architectural context, artistic vision, and material requirements to establish a solid foundation for the technical journey ahead.
STEP 02
Technical Study
Engineering is the bridge between art and reality. Our team
conducts structural analysis, 3D modeling, and material stress
tests to ensure the artwork stands the test of time and
environment.
STEP 03
Prototype
Before final fabrication, we create maquettes and scale models.
This physical iteration allows for fine-tuning of proportions,
texture, and light interaction in a controlled studio setting.
STEP 04
Fabrication
The heart of our studio. Using traditional casting methods combined with advanced CNC machining, our master artisans bring the monumental vision to life in bronze, steel or stone. This is the stage where the art fabrication process becomes physical — every weld, pour and cut executed to the tolerances set during the technical study.
STEP 05
Finishing
The soul of the sculpture is revealed in the finish. Patination,
hand-polishing, and protective coating are applied with surgical
precision to achieve the desired aesthetic depth.
STEP 06
Installation
The final reveal. Our installation crew manages crane operations, structural anchoring and site integration, ensuring the sculpture sits perfectly within its permanent architectural context. We coordinate freight, permits and onsite logistics worldwide, closing the art fabrication process exactly where it began: with your vision, now real.
Ready to start your commission?
Our team is ready to discuss the technical requirements of your next artistic vision. Whether you are at the sketch stage or holding a fully resolved design, we will walk you through how our art fabrication process applies to your specific brief — and we will be honest about timelines, materials and budget from the very first call. Techniques such as lost-wax casting, used in step four, trace back over five thousand years; you can read more on the Wikipedia entry for lost-wax casting.
